Using Iris

Where do I begin?
Start with how you feel and choose what would help. Add words if you want to. You can ask for listening, perspective, or practical help.

Can I come back to a conversation?
Yes. Use the bookmark in the conversation header. You’ll find it in Saved → My Conversations, where you can reopen it or remove the bookmark.

Can I delete my writing?
Open a reflection from your history and choose Delete. Related derived memories are removed with their source. You can also review memories separately.

Can I export or delete my account?
Both controls live under You → Privacy in the iPhone app.

Is Iris therapy?
Iris is a wellness and self-reflection product. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. AI processing is optional and controlled in the app.

Why did I receive a notification?
Gentle notes are optional. You can turn them off in the app. Lock-screen copy stays generic.
